I never had thoughts of investing until I met the wonder house. I was a licensed real estate agent, at the time. It was during our usual Tues. morning tour of the new listings, I witnessed something that whetted my appetite for a rehab. The problem was, at the time, I had no money to work with and no 'know-how' to get the ball rolling.
