I've been investing since 2004, but I've had a few bumps along the way. I'm just getting into setting up some new strategies and hope to get back on track.
My Business
I'm looking to do commercial property deals involving multi-units of 25 or more and self storage facilities. I'm also looking for commercial short sales, preferably with multi units, self storage, senior living facilities and assisted living facilities. I am interested in raw land, min. value of $7 million, that can be developed as a JV with commercial properties of the type mentioned above.
