About Me
Hi! My name is Rachel. My husband and I have been married for three years. I am new to real estate and am enjoying what I am learning! I am a student of EWI and am in the process of closing my first two houses.
Ohio is a hot buying market right now! This is the first time I have bought a three story brick, four plus bedroom, two bath home on a three city lot in a prime neighborhood valued over $130k for only $25k!! (Oh, by the way, this house is in move in condition.) Well, no time to talk. ITS SHOPPING TIME!!

I am working in many areas of real estate investing; such as wholesaling, rehab, buy and hold, lease option, and short sales. I just try to find the good deals and do what seems best in the circumstance. Right now I am mostly working in buy & hold. The market is a buyer's dream and a flipper's nightmare. That's ok. When the market is hard, RENT! When the market is great, SELL! I am more than happy to wait out this little money maker storm.
