I am a runner and like to work out. I have done 3 Marathons and 6 Half Marathons. Plus various other races.

I love to watch movies and listen to music. I also enjoy football and basketball. My favorite teams are the San Diego Chargers and the Phoenix Suns.

About Me

I have been doing real estate for close to 5 years. I started out by buying a duplex for a great price in Oklahoma City. This is where I first started to invest. Since then I have bought a 4plex and have done a fix and flip successfully. I would like to get into Multi Units sometime soon.

I have recently expanded my knowledge into wholesaling and lease option. I do lots of marketing for buyers and sellers. I think I have finally found my niche in this business.

I am currently involved in a real estate ebook that I am selling online. This is my entry into this part of the business and looking forward to broadening my horizons here.

I have had various one on one coaching in real estate and still to this day I have a mentor. Having a mentor for me has really helped me and made me grow. I think everyone should have a mentor. It makes things a little easier to learn if you have someone to turn to when you are not so sure what to do. I also know that sometimes you need a push now and then and a mentor is also there to provide that if needed.

I am a positive person that is on a path of learning and living life to the fullest because life is sooo short! I am a big dreamer and I am taking steps towards making all my dreams come true through action. I would like to make a contribution to this world and help others. I am searching for that outlet right now. I have done some small things in the past but I would like to be able to do things on a bigger and better scale in the near future.
