I have been involved in the real estate world for 8 years plus. I have been involved in many real estate transactions, including wholesales, lease purchases, rehabs, notes, and commercial. I have rentals also. I am a real estate coach and have done consulting as well. I am very determined and persistent. Striving for the best life possible and helping others too along the way.
I have had various one on one coaching in real estate and still to this day I have a mentor. Having a mentor for me has really helped me and made me grow. I think everyone should have a mentor. It makes things a little easier to learn if you have someone to turn to when you are not so sure what to do. I also know that sometimes you need a push now and then and a mentor is also there to provide that if needed.
I am a positive person that is on a path of learning and living life to the fullest because life is sooo short! I am a big dreamer and I am taking steps towards making all my dreams come true through action. I would like to make a contribution to this world and help others. I am searching for that outlet right now. I have done some small things in the past but I would like to be able to do things on a bigger and better scale in the near future.
