What an amazing feeling it must be to find true purpose in life. When you find true happiness in helping someone else find peace and appreciation for life. I am often amazed at how focused people are on themselves and the negative effect everyone else’s actions have on them, regardless of whether or not those people’s actions even had an effect on the initial person.

After witnessing this, I realized how simple things are for kids. See... continue reading >>

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness hat most frightens us. We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?" Actually who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so hat other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within... continue reading >>

come-from-behind finish the other night, you saw living
proof of why you never want to count yourself out.

In the finals for the 100-meter butterfly, Phelps was in
seventh place at the end of 50 meters.

Seventh out of eight.

As I watched I told my friend, he's going to get the bronze.
Wait, maybe the silver. Wait, oh my goodness, he may
pull this out yet. Aaaah - oh my God - he just won.

He WON.

Wow.

He's a WARRIOR...
