Hi Al, thanks for the blog comment. Well actually I am interested in finding a private money lender but am nto sure how to go about doing that. I have a list of potentials I got from a lsit broker but need to find an appropriate letter to send to them. can't just send them mail saying I NEED YOUR MONEY! lol
