Looking For

I am looking for wholesale Investors to buy the property I have under contract right now in Tennessee, I am also looking for JV partners for a flip that I want to do and also for future short sales I want to do right after I sell this first contract/house.

I have been studying through Carleton Sheets Home study course, the internet and through every other means possible over the years. I have a great deal more to learn and I am eager to learn as much as possible so that I can accomplish my goals.
