you sent me a few deals to look at, stop hounding me, I told you I would look at them, thats all please define your role is these deals? How are you getting paid? what is the reason the sellers are selling? are these spec's or owner occupied? I have 3 words doc's which do me nothing, do not even have an address? My offer and some numbers and a few picures in zero the property with the recent apprasial, what are they asking for it? any chance of geting the deeds here, they deed it and walk? this end of the market is tanking hard as the heavy hitters have pulled back, cause... the stock market will go pop soon.
