I am Back and I Have a Product to Help the Self-Employed

Hi Everyone I have been away for a while recovering from my car accident. I have updated my Insurance License and have been working with Aflac and some Final Expense Carriers. I know when you work for yourself that you don't usually think about these types of protection. Aflac is the #1 provider of supplemental benefits in the country. If you have always wondered exactly what we do.....this would be a good time to drop me a line to get all the facts. Also, most of us never plan for the end of our life and leave a financial burden for our loved ones. Take a moment to contact me regarding the plans and the costs based on your age and health. I will be happy to assit you and if you decide to purchace you will be amazed at the peace of mind that comes with knowing all the arrangements have already been taken care of. I will look forward to all of your questions. Then I will have some for you regarding real estate investing.

I Seriously Need Some Help To Get Started with Investing.

I am new to investing  and would be willing to take any help that is out there. I was just getting started when I was involved in a terrible car accident about the same time the economy went to hell. So I am back and eager to learn. I had very little income during my recovery and as a result my credit was seriously damaged, so I need some help. Here are my goals in a nutshell. I want to purchase my first home to live in and want to do what ever is working the best in this economy regarding real estate. (buy, sell, rehab). I will have to do all of this with almost no money and very poor credit. I know it's a tall order, but i know there has to be someone who has been in my position in the past.  Is there anyone out there that can show me a strategy to get all the way back on my feet and into a home of my own while also building a profitable business? I'M ALL EARS AND READY TO LEARN!
