I have a 4/3 2012 sq ft home listed with realtor for 325k-new construction after Ike. My loan officer is asking 189k to get it off the books. The home is located in Sea Isle, Tx on the Galveston island. If you are interested and may be able to make something work I would like the help and split any profits. I am not sure and dont want to get caught up with wholesaling an REO. Can you help or know someone that can?
