We work with private parties or sale contract service.
Others that picked up an investment property need to spruce it up a little to rent out.
Seller wanting to sell at the best price will fix up all out dated or worn items that make sense, example; counter tops, paint, add crown molding, tile bathroom and kitchen.
We can due all services inSouthern California to home that any one could need.

Hey Alex,
It is great to write to someone in the neighborhood. Well not that far in driving distance.
There are a lot of guys on the internet selling there short sale and foreclosure stuff.
Are you able to find these incredible creative deals or are you playing it by the book?
I would like to expand my business and also learn a great deal about contacts for real estate. Have you considered work with someone in the construction field and putting together deals to sell here inCal ?
