About Me
I've been involved in customer service-oriented businesses since age 15, and have been self-employed since the age of 17. Prior to reaping the joys (and headaches) of self-employment, I was employed as a digital media specialist and head of advertising for a small media and marketing firm, where I gained first-hand experience in the many aspects of marketing and advertising, video and audio production, web design, graphic design, computer programming (Excel, Visual Basic) and computer service, support and repair.
My interests and passions in life include skydiving, traveling, music, art, food, philosophy, psychology, world culture, learning new things, meeting new people, and most importantly, having fun. I spend a great deal of time outdoors camping, canoeing, golfing, snowboarding, and playing paintball. I also love to cook and entertain for friends and family. What little free time I have is spent playing guitar, writing and further educating myself in a large number of areas.
My Business
I'm currently a full-time REALTOR® working throughout southern Minnesota in the Greater Mankato area. I'm an avid learner, and am just starting to put forth more effort in real estate investing--especially concerning Subject-Tos, Lease Options, Flips, and soon: a hoard of upcoming Short Sales. I'm an automation nerd, and have been and will continue to assemble automated programs to make myself (and other agents and investors) more-efficient.
I come across a number of properties that would make great investments if I could just find someone to sell them to, including Contract for Deed investments, Cash deals (under market value--great flips), and passive investment opportunities. I've also managed to come across a number of properties recently that would be great investments to anyone who has access to cash and can close quickly.
Additionally, my marketing has managed to generate retail buyer leads outside of my market area that I have nobody to refer them to. I'd rather send them off to you and collect a referral fee than let them sit in my database not earning anybody any money.

Hope all is well & thanks for the follow!
I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever).
