About Me

I began real estate investing January 2010, but had a very slow start. My partner and I own 1 investment property and we have a contract on another house that is subject to current financing that we intend to sell on owner financing or a buy out. 

I am also a business finance broker- I find commercial loans and equipment leases for companies all over the US. 

My Business

I prefer preforeclosures with subject to current financing and bringing the loan current. My husband, who is not my business partner, wants me to find rehab projects and multi-family units since that was his specialty.

My partner and I are looking for long-term cash flow houses, but I would like to do more owner-financing and assignments.
