About Me
My life has brought me in many different directions from directing and managing the largest personal training company in the country, to being the top selling agent for the largest privately owned developer in the country. In 2008 myself and my business partner saw a need to develop a true full service real estate solutions business so that's what we did.
I moved my fiancee at the time, my wife now, to Charlotte North Carolina and started this business with my best friend of 10 years. We have made Charlotte our home and love everything it has to offer and look forward to many years to come.

Pike Properties is a full service real estate company what does that mean? Well, we have 3 parts to our business that has allowed us to help anyone in real estate no matter the situation.
Our first business, Pike Realty, is a general brokerage company my partner and I hang our licenses with a local firm Savvy and Company to help our clients get maximum exposure. Our next part of our business model is, Pike Renovations, obviously dealing solely with our property rehabs which we look to complete about 2 a month. The final piece of the puzzle is Carolina Loss Mitigation, this a full service loss mitigation company that will negotiate on behalf of the seller with the banks for FREE to stop foreclosure.
This business model has proven to be the most successful for us and our clients that way we can give honest advice to them to truly protect their best interest. If the property should be listed on the general real estate market and sold we can do that. If the subject property is in foreclosure and a short sale needs to be negotiated we have the services to help with that. And, lastly if a cash sale is the best option because of the amount of repairs needed than we have the private capital to offer that as well.
