I am a newbie investor that specializes in finding deals. I have been involved in RE for about 5 years now but as an agent and am looking forward to this new endeavor. I may be green but am excited and eager to get things going and am looking forward to building an even bigger mastermind group.

JJD Ventures, INC. is the name of my business - our main goal is to speed up the process of the traditional real estate cycle by helping those in need of assistance find great buyers who are able to close quickly. We specialize in the Philadelphia market -primarily Northeast Philadelphia and Lower Bucks. I have several sellers willing to extend financing and hold the note or sell on a lease option or sandwich lease....many options available....only been at it a short time and already am expanding my footprint in my area.
