About Me
For about 10 years now, my primary income was kitchen and bath remodels. What got me the "bug" for investing was doing all the work for these "investors" and watching them make so much money. So began my journey to upgrade my knowledge base on real estate. After being screwed out of lots of money, and getting minimal information, I just pretty much gave up and accepted that if you want to invest in real estate, you either need to be a dirt bag, or know some secret handshake to get into the cool kid club.
I would come across all these potentially great deals, but had no idea how to facilitate one of them.Or maybe better said is I didn't know or understand the final details in how the deal should be put together. So I would go to the people in the cool kid club (minus the handshake...I had no idea what it was), and they would throw me a referral fee but never teach me how they were doing what they were doing. I appreciated the referral fee, but knowledge was what I was after.
Now I am a student at Nouveau Riche University, and I have to say it is the best thing I have ever done. I am learning and applying more investing strategies than I ever thought were possible, and even crazier concept....I AM MAKING $$$!!!

My Business
I still do a little remodel work for old customers, but we now are fully committed to creating not only our passive wealth through sharing the opportunities of a proper education in the craft we all wish to pursue, but my massive wealth through applying the strategies such as short sales, subject to, wholesale, fix 'n flip...etc. Now that I have a solid understanding of how the industry works, I am a sponge for knowledge, and looking to expand my network of other real estate professionals.

How are you doing?
I see you are part of Nouveau Riche, and was curious to how the business part of it working out for you. Are you selling any tuition packages at all? I mean how Easy is it to get $16K from people?
I also see so much negative stuff on Google search on NR so I wonder if anyone is buying the tuiton at all? www.ReiClub.com and www.BiggerPockets.com have Banned all NRU folks because of all the Spam they have posted in the past? They all write about it being a Scam, and don't drink the Koolaide at the meetings etc. . .
What do folks think of the classes who have bought them After they go?
How many classes have you taken? Did they honestly help you?
How many deals have you done? How many properties do you own?
How much did you make last year on selling NRU?
How much did you Earn last year on Real Estate deals?
Is anyone actively investing or just trying to sell to others to get a 50% commission?
