About Me

I am from Steubenville, Ohio which is approximately 40 miles west of Pittsburgh, PA. I have been investing in rental properties since 2003 and currently have a portfolio of 12 properties. I currently started a new venture specializing in Wholesale properties and Fix and Flips. I will be concentrating mainly Pittsburgh, PA but will be open to opportunities in Ohio and West Virginia.

I am currently the owner of Advantage RE, LLC in Steubenville, OH. I acquire and rent single family houses and apartments. I just started a new company by the name of Tri State Homebuyers, LLC. We will be specializing in wholesale cash flow properties and fix and flips.
