So I am especially interested in connecting with more investors that I can work with.  I also look for bulk buyers as well as bulk sellers. 

I am interested in a venue that I would be able to post something that I found and don't always have the right kind of buyer for.

About Me

I am a broker and I specialized in mortgages for the past 30 years.  This past year I started working almost exclusively with investors and look for the various criteria that each one wants to invest in.

My Business

I have been a licensed broker in the state of California for thirty something years and have always been in the real estate business in some form or another.  I specialized in mortgages for 30 years and own my own company.  I am now ready to work in another arena in the real estate world and that is to work with the investors.  I believe I have much to offer with my experience, knowledge and expertise.

Hope all is well & thanks for the follow!
