My background after attending the University of Cincinnati mainly consisted of working in the computer industry as a Microsoft Certified Service Engineer for companies such as Compaq and GE Aircraft Engines. After having studied every course and reading every book I could find on real estate investing I decided to start buying cash flow investment properties. I purchased 6 properties my first year and have since moved on to rehabbing them myself and selling them to other investors. Over the course of the last 6 years I have rehabbed over 100 homes.
