Pat Corhern continues to work with wholesaler in the Tampa Bay Area to move properties quickly through the Round Robin Auctions process. Properties that are in good shape and obtain at great prices are perfect to auction.
The wholesaler can expect 100 plus potential buyers to walk through the property in one weekend, with a signed contract on Monday to purchase the property at 80 to 95% of current market value. Although Pat has additional real estate activities in process, this is his main focus in this market.
