With 270 wholesale deals closed and in the books, I think I pretty much have the wholesaling thing down. Other than that I like to buy and hold for long term fat pockets :). Oh yeah..it don't hurt to have a guru for a wife. Ladyfortunehunter as she is known hear is Tracy to me.
