I have a very busy Work Schedule. What I get time I like to get in the outdoors. HIking mountian biking any outdoor activity. being a journeyman carpenter by trade I enjoy working with wood and have a nice little shop I work in as a hobbie.
Family
My wife and I have no children but we have 12 Neices and Nephews that enough to keep us busy.
About Me
I have wanted to get into realestate investing for some time. My wife and I purchased our first property last summer. It was a home that a family member who had defaulted on thier loan.it has been a great opportunity to learn as well as a very hard loan to recieve since we were related. I am hoping to learn from others on this site as well as share what little experience I have.
