Hi there. My name is Vikki. My husband Marc and I buy foreclosure properties and wholesale them in Marion County, FL.
Our Story:
A job injury forced me out of work, which put our finances in distress. We were about to lose our home and were completely panicked. We wondered how we were going to get ourselves out of the current situation we were in and make it the least traumatizing on our four young children.
We received a letter one day from a man here in town who offered to save our credit and stop the foreclosure on our home. Long story short, he fixed everything for us and after watching him "do his magic", we decided to ask him to mentor us. We have always had in interest in real estate investing, but never quite knew where to start.
Our main goal now is to be able to help others save their credit, as we know first hand that sometimes "bad things happen to good people", and to also secure a future for our family.
Jim has been a great teacher and mentor. He is a great guy, who we are thankful every day for meeting. Even my mom loves him and she's never even met him! You're the greatest Jim!!!! (if your reading this Jim, quit blushing!) :)

I'm a real estate investor, consultant, and trust broker in Houston. I represent a group of investors that are interested in acquiring condos and apartments in Florida and Texas. Their preference is $5-20M and 150 units or more for apartments, but they'll entertain others if they're priced at 65% or less of market value. Please let me know what you have, we won't hesitate to get you an LOI and POF, as soon as possible. Also, send me any SFR's that you may have between $1M-6M in St. Petersburg with 30% or more in equity.
