My goal is doing a first wholesale deal. Finding the motivated seller and establishing my buyers lists. Getting comfortable with the assignment contract. I believe I have a good title company open to work with my business plan. I don't have much surplus cash for marketing yet, so I will keep working my farm areas. I know learning how to get off the ground is the toughest part of the business. I've been reading and searching for the insights I need to begin and finish the closing process. I know I should just concentrate on making the offer and hope for the best with what I know, and learn volumes with whatever the outcomes. .
My other fun stuff refers to 4 wheeling, golf, current rehab, hiking, running, healthy vegan diet, and dating when suitable.
