I have 20 years experience in the computer/internet field with various firms. I recently left a system analyst/administrator position. Since then, I have actively been involved in foreclosures and short sales and am have extended to loan modification and credit repair services. I've read books, reports, people's minds, listen to countless CDs, taken numerous online courses in Foreclosure and pre-foreclosure, Forbearance, Short-Sales, Wholesaling, Rehabbing property, Negotiation tactics to name a few. And the list will continue to grow (by the minute it seems). One of my mentors in the business Darius the owner of Access Granted and Charles Dudley Sr. continue to show me the way to freedom and financial independence and I'd like to give back by showing others.
