Hey Dan,
My wife and I have been investing in single family homes for about three years. We are doing all our purchases in her name. We haven't bought anything in over a year but have made several offer lately and got an REO accepted Friday. We only need about 35k on this property and the ARV should be around $69,000. We have another offer pending that will require a total of about 75k. Her credit score is around 670, although her pay history is better than her score reflects.
