About Me
Hi, I am new to the real estate investing world. I've recently decided to get my feet wet. I live in Philadelphia and will put most of my effort in the southeastern Pennsylvania area to start. My primary areas of interest are Germantowm, West Oak Lane and South Philly. But I willingly search out deals for anyone for a fee. If you want properties in a certain area, just let me know and I'll get on it. I have some time and expertise and a team in place to make your deal come true.
I work in the mental health field as well so I'm used to things getting a little nuts! lol

Thanks for reaching out to me. Uptown is fine with me. Currently doing a property in G-town. Majority of my rentals are in North Phila. I mainly try flipping uptown or Northeast. If you have anything available now, please let me know as I have another investor ready tp buy. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to me. If you will take a suggestion? The first thing I suggest is that you create a network and a continous source of current education.
I am a member of Nouveau Riche an Investors group that has an extensive educational program and a very mature network of investors. With them you can find everything from cash flow properties to accountants and lawyers to setup LLC and Corporations to lenders(traditional and private).
