We're Looking for:
Immediately about 10 properties in Pinellas County Florida that are approximately 3/2/2 and are wholesaling at between $80,000 - $100,000.  We have buyers that are looking for rent to own in this range and we are willing to partner with anyone on the front and/or back end of the deals.

From there our goals are purchasing and holding SFH's in emerging markets throughout the country and world.  Next steps, are to purchase and hold large apartment complexes and commercial centers, all with JV.

My Perfect Day
Beginning early in the morning in the tropics I awake with Laurel in our lovely home, do my breathing affirmations/goals and breathing exercises.  Then I proceed with Laurel to an aerobic workout with video, exercise equipment or other timed and heart-rate monitored activity.  A long walk "cools me down" from the aerobics workout.  I enjoy caring for my sprout trays, which forms the base for each day's meals.  This requires one half hour of light watering, planting and preparation.  I then make a breakfast of sprouts, fruits and seeds/nuts.  I include drying and fermenting routines as part of morning food preparation.

Checking the Internet for my communications is essential for my daily business contacts.  This requires about 2 hours of communications and email writing.  Finding, securing and transacting business is fast over the Internet, with my "super computer" desktop.  My contacts are from many people around the globe.  They are interested in obtaining information from me about health and wellbeing.  I return "packets" of info at a very reasonable cost to them and a good profit to me.

I spent about 30 minutes daily in looking at investments in real estate, stock and other instruments to track my long-term assets growth.  This keeps me fresh and active in attaining my financial semi-retirement goals.  My life is integrated with all aspects of my personal wellbeing.  Spiritual, emotional/mental and physical health are combined into a lifestyle that is easy and rewarding.

Throughout the day I snack on fresh grown fruits and veggies from our gardens.  It's a pleasure to walk around from time to time and pick fruit or just set and relax in the shade of a tree.  I feel good about the choices that Laurel and I made to be here and now.  Lunch and a swim in our pool (or ocean close by) feel good and are refreshing.  The water is about 70-80 degrees so it's easy to swim just about anytime of the year.

Afternoons are mellow and are in the garden.  I harvest from our trees and plantings and this is a pleasure.   I prepair beds for new growth is easy because compost and mulch are easily available.  All work is done by my hands and we have help from visitors, who come by appointment only and we are aware that they are on a different "time schedule", but that is OK.  Life goes on at our relaxed pace as we like it.

Travel to town is only for essentials, visiting friends or a public activity.  Our transportation is ecological, efficient and beautiful.  Sharing our information and way of life is one of the many joys that we have to look forward to.  I set up a speaking engagement  next week and this is one of the highlights of my day to know that I can share my experience and knowledge with others.

A sumptuous evening meal with Laurel, loved ones or friends takes place at about six in the evening.  This is a combination of locally produced fruits and veggies and other products from nearby.  We feel that we are integrated with our home environment and the local economy.  (We splurge on a dinner out every so often), but most our meals are at home.  After dinner Laurel and I go to a local dance club function and have a ball dancing up a storm.

After dancing and socializing we retire to our home in the "jungle" letting the pace slow to a quiet hum (like the sound of crickets outside).  I do some writing and journal entries with Laurel and we both relax with massages to each other.  This relaxes us fully so that we can both enjoy an hour or two of passionate lovemaking, expressing our intimate love for each other's affectionate and loving bodies.

We complete the evening with our affirmations and goals to fix in our minds the next days joys to pursue and obtain.

I have dreams of a world that most people would find "way over the top".  Real estate investing is one of my main passions because it allows my creative marketing, sales and problem solving to be well rewarded.

What drives me is to see the face of someone that has gained from my experience the ability to own their own home!  I love making tons of money and fortunately my wife is a money magnet.  She attracts money like the ocean attracts water, it all gets to her eventually!

I create an aura of being a "banker type", because the universe is my source of abundance, and there is no end to my money vault. My friends have connections with very large real estate projects and finances to fund them.

One of the most important things I enjoy about life now is doing business on my schedule and controlling the quality and quantity of business that I want to do.  Also, I must have fun in my life and that's why I suggest that everyone get to the beach as often as possible (preferably a warm tropical one).

Those who want to get to know what really makes me tick are the ones that can have fun with me, share business and enjoy helping others.
