I currently have about 4 properties under my control that need buyers. New York isn't the most original place in the world and the mortgage crisis has these straw buying deal makers at a loss! No properties to buy and no equity to extract. Thank God for shortsales. Now I have to find a way to find real buyers that want to buy real estate to be landlords
