I have a short sale flip going on and was wondering if you know of any banks in our area that are open to no seasoning loans for the end buyer. I have been pounding the pavement meeting with banks here in Fairfield county, primarily greater Danbury without any luck. I have an good 20% down end buyer lined up. Thanks so much.
