Profile of Carolyn S. Traylor
Carolyn brings to National Real Estate Buyers & Associates over 18 years real estate and real estate investing experience, having held real estate licenses in the states of Tennessee, Missouri and Kansas**, as well as achieving GRI and ABR certifications. She has also been named to the Cambridge "Who's Who of Professional Women"
She began her real estate career in 1989 as a realtor® in Memphis with Crye-Leike Realty, one of the largest independent real estate brokers in the country. While at Crye-Leike, she attained sales of over $1 million dollars in real estate.
In 1993, Carolyn joined J.D. Reese, the largest real estate firms in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
In addition to her distinguished career as a realtor®, Carolyn has extensive property management experience with large holdings in commercial farm land.

Steven brings to National Real Estate Buyers & Associates over 37 years of real estate investing, business and marketing experience.
He began his real estate investing career in 1982, making it a full time career in 2003 after retiring from the corporate world. Over the last 25 years, Steven has invested in both residential and commercial real estate, focusing primarily on investing in residential properties.
Steven's experience encompasses lease options, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, subject to investments, owner financing/seller-financed notes, as well as property management. He has also authored numerous real estate articles, books and special reports. He also is author and publisher of "Real Estate Straight Talk", a bi-weekly newsletter for real estate investors.
Prior to 2003, Steven was the chief sales & marketing officer for three national companies. He is also president & CEO of his own business consulting firm, QuantumGroup International Corp.

I ahve a $2.5 Mil. house that is a shell and needs to be finshed best lot in the county, new Jack Nicholous signature golf course where the pro tour will be played in 2012 and 2014 the total costs will be $1 mil. I will provide all the labor to finish for my end.

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money.
