Who am I ...
Have been an entrepreneur(manufacturing/importing/wholesaling/retailing), primarily in the clothing industry since the early nineties, and experienced business from many different approaches. However, real estate investments - buying, selling; have been of interest to me since high school. Primarily, I deal in SFR's, REO's, Wholesaling, Short Sales, Deeds in Lieu, Loan Mod's and small Commercial Residential.
I'm looking to network with seasoned as well as newbie investors to develop a well-rounded circle of colleagues to help each other attain our goals. I have posted a few of my deals and look forward to learning from all of you.
Real Estate Experience
I have been in and out of real estate since 1998 as a residential agent, bird-dog, loan agent, and as an Investor. My current exposure has been wholesaling with preforeclosures, options, double-closings, and rehabs, primarily with SFR's and small commercial residential properties.
Real Estate Goals
Large Commercial Residential and Luxury Resort Condo Developments, specifically working at the forefront of Green Design and the latest trends in Self-Sustaining Environments/Buildings. I am interested in wholesaling whilst I cherry-pick some properties for myself as a buy & hold for passive income.
