Hi,
I’m pretty new here but this site seems to have a lot of potential ... especially for networking and learning from others.
If you have a moment, please stop by my profile and "Grade My Payday" ... look at the "Fatty Check" in my photos. This was my first "creative" deal. I put this deal together with $10 down and found a hard-money lender (@ 12% w/ 3 pts.) to put up the cash to buy out the mortgage company on a short sale.
Now I'm not showing off this check merely to sing my own praises. In fact I readily admit that, in large measure, I just really got lucky on this deal. And I know there's people here making way more money than me, but I particularly wanted to display this check for those amongst us who haven't yet got they're feet wet.
