About Me
I am the founder of Walters Property Investment Group, LLC that specializes in helping homeowners through their challenging financial obligations. Whether you are behind on your mortgage payments, going through a divorce, relocating due to a job transfer or job loss, we are there for the homeowner's best interests.
We can negotiate a settlement on the loan account on behalf of the homeowner so that they can avoid foreclosure. There are too many people out there facing these challenges, so we have to be there to assist in any way we can.

My Goals for 2009
My Goals for 2009 are:
Spend two hours a day performing "profit earning" activities. MARKETING, MARKETING, MARKETING. Saturdays and part of Sundays are for visiting prospects. (I am a part-timer, so my "free time" is valuable)
Fill my pipeline with at least 30 qualified leads by the end of Q2.
Close my first short sale deal of 2009 by the end of April.
Continue to build my network of professionals. (I NEED A VERY GOOD REALTOR WHO CAN HELP ME FIND SHORT SALE DEALS AND NEGOTIATE BPOs)
