This is the beginning of a new TREIN, the Total Real Estate Investing Network. A group of real estate professionals, developers, financial professionals and property managers working together to identify emerging markets, study trends, negotiate purchases, educate consumers and present opportunities. About Neil
Neil is a licensed Florida real estate broker of several years. Originally from the UK, Neil moved to the US with his family in 1972, settling in the southern Indiana town of Bedford. Neil graduated from Bedford North-Lawrence High School in 1981 and attended the University of Evansville and Ball State University before returning to England for several years. Upon his return, Neil and his family moved to fort Myers, and Neil began his real estate career. Not satisfied with the idea of general real estate, Neil began working with builders/developers and was involved in projects all around the state in places such as Lake Placid, Orlando, Sebring, Avon Park, Punta Gorda and here in Lee County. Neil has since branched out in to the development world and together with his partners is acquiring and developing properties on the Mississippi gulf coast (the GO Zone areas) and in the mountain areas of Tennessee and north Georgia

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money.
