My name is Brenden Kahikuonamoku Nakata.  I started out going the corporate route as a CPA, working for large accounting firms like KPMG and Grant Thornton.  However, I got tired of being leveraged and decided to got into business for myself.  Double majored in Accounting and Real Estate, so I decided to put my real estate education to the test.  So, far I have been successful in earning a decent living, which allows me to return home, to Hawaii, at least once a month.

My team specializes in investment properties in the western hemisphere.  I am currently doing deals in California and Hawaii.  I have recently teamed up with an exceptional team in Baja California, Mexico.  Our Baja California team is able to find seller financing and we also work with a trust company that is able to give you title to the land for 99 years.
