Aloha: We buy and Hold in Honolulu area but we are currently selling some of our condos because rents are sliding down significantly and cash flow is anything but positive. Hi,
How are you? I would love to find out how we can help each other out in this Wonderful ecomony:)
I am working with a company called "Lease to Own Realty". We are based out of Dallas, and we help renters become homeowners through a no $ down, no closing cost, 30 yr fixed rate mortgage, and up to a 18 month lease period during which they may assume the mortgage and own the home! We are currently looking for realtors to help us place tenents in the properties.
Our program is not like a normal rent to own program. We have associations with Morgan Stanley and Quicken Loans!
