Hi I am Matt.

I live in the Columbus OH area and have two investment properties.  I have had some guidance but mostly doing things on my own.

I am currently working with several others to build a real estate partnersip that will assist first time investors, rehab, then rent-to-own, rent or sell, depending on each deal.
