Hi I'm Matt Weldon. I am 21 years old and have been investing for a year. I left college because I decided I wanted to invest my time into my own growth and not invest my time and effort into someone else's business fortune. I love investing in Real Estate and plan to be retired by 30 with "mailbox money" from my rentals.
I actively work on rehabs, wholesale and rental properties. I would like to eventually get involved in multi family complexes but I want to get my feet wet with foreclosures. I am very ethical and professional in my business. I am looking to network with all investors.
My Business
I am located in Chicagoland. I primarily focus my time and energy around that area. I do also work with investors in Arizona, California, Texas, Utah, and Florida. I am always looking to expand my network and work with investors all over the country.
