My name is Mukesh Tandon. I m a qualified Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate settled in New Delhi, India.

Having practiced as a successful Professional Accountant for more than 25 years, in 2003 the time when India was starting to Globalize, I diversified into Real Estate Consulting and Investments.

I am quite successful as a Real Estate Advisor and also as Real Estate Investor.

Besides having extensive experience in various facets of Real estate business including Corporate Planning, Project identification and Planning, Marketing, Real Estate Laws, Financing and Investments. I am also managing investments in real estate developments in India.

My Company India Realty Limited is into land aggregation and Real Estate Development in Co-development with leading Real Estate Developers in India. Besides the Company has also sponsored a Real Estate Venture Fund for investments in India.

Besides the Company's has three subsidiaries which are into Real Estate Advising, Web Development and Media Business.

The advisory Company is representing interests of some large Foreign Investors in India and has a strong network within India with leading Real Estate Developers and Service Poviders for identification of opportunities for investments and Developments in India.

We, after extensive market research, identify land parcels usually for large Residential and Commercial mixed use Township Developments, pool investors to acquire the land, conceive the project, obtain all necessary approvals and than go into co-development with leading Real Estate Developers ensuirng the investors a high yield on their investments.

We are associated in mixed use township development projects over more than 500 hectres of land with leading Real Estate Developers in India.
