These three words have inspired me since I was a young teenager.  I feel my success is a direct result of believing in these three words. 

My name is Mat and I am a entrepreneur from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  I have two successful businesses, one dealing with real estate investments, the other with business consulting and brokering.  Simmons & Co. is my real estate investment business, we deal primarily in real estate trust deed investing and hard money lending for individuals looking to invest in a safe and secure avenue who are looking for a 12-15% ROI or real estate developers/investors looking for hard money.

I firmly believe in taking risk but there comes a line that needs to be drawn.  I can tell you that in my experience there is nothing that has been as reliable an investment as real estate and trust deeds.  It allows an investor to invest in real estate without having to deal with the hands on aspect of buying and selling properties themselves.  We see a lot of our investors are successful entrepreneurs who want to invest in real estate but either do not have the time or do not want to deal with the hassle of finding, buying, renovating, and selling the property.  Trust deed investments allows a safe and secure alternative for these investors.  If you have any questions or would like more information please contact me at msimmons954@aol.com.
