The first step for a beginner is to train your brain!!!
Get a library card, read 1 hour every morning, one hour every night. Start with “Think and get rich” by napoleon Hill.
Go online; find pictures of houses, cars, and cloths you would like to have, print them out in color. Thumbtack them to your ceiling above your bed. Look at them every night and every morning.
Take 20min a day to meditate, see yourself rich. (it will get easier with practice).
Wright down a plan of action and a list of goals read them daily.
Train your brain first!!! The rest will fallow.

I do not a mass market, I build LTR, I want to give you what you are looking for.
Everyone knows about Foreclosure, REO, Must sell in the news papers, But there are hidden markets out there; ones few people know how to tap. It takes considerable work to access these properties and often have to pay a 3rd part to do so.
I can pick up property often for 65% to75% of market value, fewer at 50%. However, I cannot hold onto them, I must move them fast. Most investors buy at or just under 75%.
I do not a mass market; I have a MS Excel spread sheet with a few buys in each category. I filter key the buyers, if I know what you are looking to buy, I only send you properties that you want. I don’t mass market, send everything to everybody. I target my buy to meet your needs.
Looking to buy property? Great, what are you looking for in a property, buy and hold, multi plex, quick turn? Rehab? What price range? What area will you work in; Tacoma/Pierce County, Seattle/ King County, or both? What % of market value will you accept? How long do you need to close?
Would you like a return on investment? Great, what % would be ideal for you? Would you like a quick return,>under3 months; short term, > a year; long term, < over a year; or a life time?
