i work full time for the goverment ,run my own duct cleaning buiesness.right now in maryland the market is starting to over flow with foreclousers and nothing seems to be moveing the prices arestill way to high . so i'm just sitting back and watching for that deal which shouldnt be to far off . i'll just keep going onduct cleaning and cleaning out foreclousersso i can keep in good with the local agents and find my deals .

Mooooosseee... Sounds like the chant Randy Milligan used to get, youll remember if youre an Orioles fan...I hate to admit that I am. Anyway, just wanted to say hi, I am a full time investor in the Baltimore area, I flip and wholesale. If youre looking for a property to flip or have a wholesale deal let me know, have been getting more foreclosure houses than I know what to do with right now... One other thing, do you do HVAC systems in the city? I have an HVAC guy but curious about your prices... Good luck any questions feel free!!
