About Me
I'm a drafter and interested in architecture. I'm currently doing mechanical drafting. I'd like to learn real estate investing and then some how combine my drafting skills to buy homes and then turn them into reasonable, modern, updated houses which anyone can afford. My main point is to help people. Right now I'm interested in wholesaling since that's the fastest way to make some quick cash. I reside in Houston, Tx, so that's the area I'd like to work with and later move around all states. I'd appreciate anyone's help.
