Do you have any properties in the Los Angeles area?
If so I have a buyer.
It needs to be under 175K
and habitable.
But he is ok if it needs a lot of work.
Please get on my buyers list (even if you think you already are). I am a wholesaler in Memphis TN. I wholesale about 1.5 houses a week. most of my deals can be purchased in the $30k-60k range and will have a value of $60K-160K. My average rental cash flows 230/m and has 35% equity and 30k in equity, sometimes more.
My average rehab property will net you at least $25k (after all expenses). I’ve sold houses where the buyer walked with 40-50k after all expenses, when they sold it.
We can also provide property management and/or do the rehab work when needed.
