I love to have a career doing what I enjoy so much! This includes investing in Cuba (the last gold mine of the Caribbean) along with buying and selling Diamonds, Business Consulting, and spending my time in Havana, Las Vegas, South Beach and Metro Detroit area.
About Me
I am a self employed consultant and investor that believes in the "work hard, play hard" way of living.
I put myself through college earning both a bachelors degree as well as a masters in international business. At the same time I was able to acquire 7 homes by the age of 22.
I have tried many investments including day trading stocks and real estate to much success as well as buy and hold and flipping.
Currently I am involved in business start ups in Cuba where the economic outlook could not be better. I have been traveling there for several years and found one investment gold mine where I did not miss the boat like I did with Internet stocks and gold 
I enjoy the consulting work I do the most. I am happy when I can help others obtain there dreams and live the life they want to live.
I am open minded and love to create win-win situations.
Also if your new to investing and have a question, I don't mind helping people. I remember when I first started out in real estate investing and so many of the old timers acted like the were too important to give a 19 year old kid a few minutes or a few pointers and I said that would never be me.
So if I can help someone obtain success I am more than happy to help out. Karma has treated me very well with this outlook in life and I am a firm believer in giving back.
My favorite charities are helping the homeless as well as animal shelters.
5 years from now I am going to cash in most of my chips and put my business on auto pilot and enjoy my life living in Havana. I will still come to the US as no other cities can top Vegas and South Beach!

My Business
Currently I am looking to purchase property in Vegas, South Beach and the Metro Detroit areas. I feel that the markets mentioned are very much over sold and a buy and hold approach is my current outlook for these cities. I am always looking for new ventures and partnerships as well as assisting investors find great ROI property deals.
In addition, I am continuing to travel to Cuba to assist people in starting business ventures there. I am personally looking to open a small sports bar in Havana when I retire there in 5 years.
Lastly, I my company Millionaire Blueprints LLC specializes in consulting services including start up and dissolution strategies, asset protection services, road to success programs for realtors and entrepreneurs, business and life mission plans, credit and finance consulting, and how to make money in Diamond trading and several other avenues.
