Hello Shawn,

How is your business doing? Mine not so good. Are you selling properties or doing lease options? I think that might be the way to go right now. Properties here on the west bank don't seem to be selling. I am even looking for a personal home as I have been renting for the last 2 years. I really want to get this business going but I cannot afford the training packages offered by the gurus. How do they expect someone that is broke to spend $500 - $5000 on training? I would love any advice you have to offer.
