I'm looking for mortgage business in Wisconsin. That is my primary occupation. A good referral for me is someone that appreciates extra effort! I've been a mortgage banker, broker, underwriter, and more for over 8 years! I love what I do and I plan to stay with this business for another 30 years; then I'll kick back and enjoy the fruits of my labor. I bought my first property late last year and hope to purchase several more in the next couple years. I'm also considering getting my real estate sales license along with more financial advising licensing. I want to be a diverse financial service provider.
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and I love this place! I also collect old coins and cancelled checks, notes, mortgages, deeds, etc. which makes me a "numismatist."

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money.
