I have been investing for about 9 years. Mostly being a landlord and I have found out that being a landlord is not for me. So I have been dabbling in the foreclosure market. Thats why I chose this picture,its my 1st flip. Now I would really like to be a part of wholesaling. I am not against being a scout finding properties for other investors as long as I get some knowledge out of the experience.
