I am from Long Island, New York but I moved to Florida after living briefly in NH for a year. I have been in FL for 4 years now. My former title was Financial Analyst until I recently made a change in my career status. After 15 years of working in this field I am burnt out so I recently decided to get into flipping homes. I have the skill and the know how because I have been in the construction field as well for the last 5 years. Hey I'm a woman with skills...lol. I love spending time with my family and friends and living in the sunshine state there is always something to do on the weekends and I love hanging out at the beach. I love making my friends and family laugh and have a good time but then I know when it is a time to be serious and get down to business...

My company is called Epiphany Homes and what we are looking to do is buy houses in neighborhoods that are not necessarily the worst and turning them for a profit.
